“Learning is not attained by chance, it must be sought for with ardor and diligence.”
Learning is hard work, and no lesson is ever “attained by chance, it must be sought for with ardor and diligence” (Adams). Learning happens because you, me, we commit to the influence of change. We commit to the process that in one or two years, longer if necessary, I believe the journey is what makes the adventure, but my point is, we make an appointment to be somewhere, and we dedicate ourselves to these goal(s). We cannot expect change to simply envelope us; we must diligently move forward and believe the journey is the lesson.
What goals do you have? Better yet, what ship(s) are you seeking to board? I’m sure you’ve heard this…the only person stopping you is YOU! Make a list; post it to your mirror, and most of all take the time to make you first. Accept that learning is not always easy, but it is doable, and you will have to lay out a heavy dose of diligence. As I always say, “Keep pressing forward! “You got this!”
I would love to hear how you stay motivated, and how you find your inspiration. We cannot change the past, but we can always infleunce the future.
